Pax Momentum is thrilled to announce the members of our Fall 2020 Cohort! After an extensive selection process, we’ve chosen a group of diverse companies that we’re excited to help grow. Pax is a team of remote professionals  working together from various parts of the country. As such, we’ve looked for promising start-ups outside of California’s gravitational pull, and were impressed and excited by what we found. These companies come from Philadelphia, Wichita, Pittsburgh, Boston, Toronto, Raleigh, Richmond, and Washington DC.

The companies we’ve selected are breaking new ground in their industries. They’re making strides in environmental engineering, digital advertising, human resources, digital currency, sustainable fashion, and information services. This includes three cleantech companies that we’re proud to support as part of our sustainability focus!

The 2020 Cohort’s start-ups are led by a diverse group of founders who are passionate, driven, and committed to their work. Almost half of our companies are led by underrepresented founders, including two female-led companies, and two with international founders.

The Pax Momentum Accelerator exists to help these companies scale and reach new heights. They enter our program with promising, early-stage  products, strong teams, and convincing potential. Pax helps them translate their resources into impressive market growth through a concentrated go-to-market curriculum, guidance from experienced mentors, and in-depth summit events with prestigious entrepreneurs.

Our climatetech companies help you help the environment in significant, substantial ways. Wearwell makes sustainably sourced fashion easy to access, while HyperBorean has invented an off-grid power solution that turns waste heat into cooling. Changewater Labs is expanding global access to clean water with an utterly surprising innovation in toilets.

Our two adtech companies are going after the $400B digital advertising market. Adstash is revolutionizing digital sign advertising with an integrated platform, and Adskate ensures brand safety by analyzing video content with machine learning.

Fonbnk and RoundlyX are innovating the way we interact with digital currency. Fonbnk’s system allows people in the developing world to turn mobile sim cards into bank accounts, while RoundlyX invests spare change into all kinds of digital currency, including Bitcoin.

We have two companies with SAAS solutions to make enterprises smarter and more efficient. EmployeeCycle offers a dashboard that brings all HR data together in one place to empower decision makers, while Nanovest’s platform allows knowledge workers to instantly assess the market potential of new technologies.

We are proud to introduce you to our inaugural cohort.
